Droid release date

Can someone please provide me with details of the droid been released in the UK ? Ive searched but just find US stuff. Ive asked a few shops and they say either its doesnt exist or they have never heard of it. One even tried to spam me off saying its a different motorola phone and tried to sell me it.

Also is it as good as i hope ? is it "the boyo"

I have G1 and like it but need a faster one with better speaker,screen and camera. But i love the hard keyboard
 
The Milestone was released in early December in the UK. It sold out in like 3 hours though. The demand was high and supply was very low.

Dunno what the supply situation is there now, but it's definitely been out for a while. Just look harder!
