Droid slider problem

I'm on my third droid and finally thought I got a good one. Then I noticed that the slider is slightly crooked when fully open. The left side goes slighlty higher than the right. Can some of you guys check this on yours? I don't think itds bad enough to warrant another return, but I've lost all faith in Motorolas quality control department.
 
my slider isn't crooked but yesterday it started locking up when trying to close it. I could close it about halfway then it would jam and had to mess with it before it would close. finally got tired of it and went to the store for a replacement.
 
Mine isn't crooked, I am getting tired of the things sliding open while in my pocket. It should be much tighter
