Help droid sync not working

when i use droid sync, my contacts and calendar events are not updated in outlook. it reads my phone, and i am using windows 7 32-bit. i have usb debugging turned on.

nevermind... i had to set up my phone and the sync.

You may take a try on Android Manager. its pretty easy to use. it's free and works well.
