A window does pop up for me, but at the very top of the screen over the status bar. I don't see it as an issue. If the window covered the center of the screen, that would be a problem.

I am using this and really like it. I'd bought the previous version of this app from the same developer but this is a nice improvement.
The only down side is the time since unplugged seems to be pretty inaccurate. The other day I unplugged my phone after a full charge and five minutes later it said I'd been off the charger for 47 minutes. On another occasion, I powered off my phone, then charged it while it was off. I unplugged the charger before turning the phone on and Battery Widget Reborn didn't see that it had been through a full charge and kept reporting time elapsed from two days ago.
It's a good app, but not perfect. Yet. [emoji6]
With just the built-in reported information I let it go until it powered off as an experiment ...
When it predicted 57 min remaining it powered off.
Hitting the power button reported that it was at 0%.
I plugged it into the turbo charger and it reported it was at 3%.
It took 2 hours on the turbo charger to go from 3% to 100%.

I use BatteryBot, you can set it so that the notification shows either time remaining or time since unplugged. You just slide down from the notification area and you see it.
As somebody else suggested, tapping on "Cell stand-by" is another easy way to check for how long the phone has been going.

I just noticed that after the 5.1 update, I do not have a guest account on either of my droid turbos. Wasn't that supposed to included? I've checked on both units by pulling down the notification bar and tapping my avatar and guest account is not there. It's not in account section of settings either. Any ideas?
That's the same for everyone. Motorola did not include this feature in the turbo Lollipop build.
Before toing the Factory Data Reset ... did you Wipe Cache Partition after the update? It is almost always the fix for performance and will not touch your data.

If it seems OK ... leave it alone
Otherwise ... Factory Data Reset
When (if) you do a Factory Data Reset you will see that it is a two-step clearing. The second step is a Wipe Cache Partition. We are trying to avoid the first step that wipes all your installed apps and data.

My newly deceased Razr Maxx Hd had a "clear all tabs" on both Google's regular search engine and incognito. The LP on my newly acquired Droid Turbo does not. I have to click each 'x' one at a time

Has anyone experienced a brick after signing up with Motorola's Lost phone app.? I never would sign up with it, but decided to after factory resetting my Razr Maxx Hd, which I've done numerous times in the past to help with battery life. After watching it update after the reset, I played some solitaire, went to sleep, woke up 4 hours later to a phone that was 3/4 charged when I set it aside (not charging) completely dead and unresponsive. I almost feel like I was forced to upgrade. In 20yrs of wireless Phone handling, Moto Bag Phone being my first, I have never experienced such a thing. My RAZR Maxx Hd was almost 5yrs old
I believe that you're talking about chrome, not the list of running apps.
I don't have a Turbo myself, but I believe that there is a setting in the chrome browser to have the individual tabs not show up in the list of running apps.
In Chrome, go to settings, there should be an option "merge tabs and apps". If you turn that off you should be able to control open tabs from within the chrome browser again. (I'm still on a KitKat phone so I can't check for sure.)

Are you sure it's a Razr MAXX HD, because that phone came out in late 2012, so it's no more than just under 3 years old?
A phone with a battery that's almost 5 years old (do you have the Razr MAXX maybe? But even that phone came out in late January 2012, so less than 4 years ago) can have a failing battery - there's a reason why people are expected to upgrade every two years, because batteries have a finite life. So, perhaps it's just coincidental that the battery failed when you set up an app?

I have had good performance since applying the update to bring my phone to 5.1 on VZW.
I did apparently select something during the update that I have not been able to change yet and wonder if anyone knows how to undo or change this feature:
I get a green keyboard background and an occasional green background when I return to my home screen or change display screens. I see this behavior with multiple launchers, including Launcher 3 and Everything Me.
Any ideas on where the unexpected green background comes from and more importantly how to get rid of it?
Tips, links, ideas and suggestions all appreciated! Thanks!
