Droid Turbo Rebate

I activated a Turbo on my line on Saturday. I paid full price thru Verizon's iconic ordering system so I could maintain my udp. Still haven't received any word from them about a $100.00 rebate, however VZW's website already show the Turbo as active on my line.

Perhaps the rebate doesn't apply if you apay full price and aren't doing a line upgrade?

Got my return envelope today and dropped my HTC Eris in the mail. Goodbye, old friend!

This rebate process is taking longer than I anticipated, but at least it is progressing.

I received my electronic gift card in an email this morning! The rebate process took five weeks, but it was sure nice to knock $100 off my bill!

I just received my rebate payment and applied it to my Verizon bill. The process was very long but it was successful.

Now I am waiting for the $30 refund on the upgrade charge.

When it is all done the cost of upgrading from a Maxx 32GB to a Turbo 64GB will be $150 and a Droid X I have not used for years.

The $30 upgrade charge was waived when I got my first bill after activating my Turbo. The inconsistency from account to account and from VZW employee to employee amazes me. To that point, I just received this email from Verizon:
---------------------------------------------
"Dear Valued Customer

You recently traded in your device using the Verizon Device Recycling online program. We have received your device and your device submission ID is included above.

The device will be evaluated by our inspectors and you should expect to receive your credit (depending on device condition) within 4-6 weeks.

Thank you!

Verizon Device Recycling Team"

Dear Verizon,

I got my rebate last week, but feel free to send me another one. Geez!

I got the same notification about an hour ago and applied the $100 to my account a few days ago.

I am still waiting for the $30 upgrade credit.
