ok my droid vibes all the time when the screen times out 1-3vibes and some times when it is been sleeping for a bit it gives a short little vibe all by its self
or when sleeping and you tuch the screen you get a short vibe some times

then when you are in the home screens and you tap where there is not a icon/widget it gives a strong vibe

it vibrates when sliding to unlock 3 little studders
it does 3 or more short vibrates when exiting out of any app or using the back,home,or menu

should i take it back
got it from BB the day it came out
 
I've noticed that I sometimes that my fingers wrap around and actually touch the screen sometimes. I had the same problem on iphone.

Like in my right hand, my pinky might accidently hit the "back" button on the bottom.

But vibrating when the screen goes blank? Post up all the apps you have installed. It's either a rogue app, or it could be some other problem.

A few mins of troubleshooting could help here!
