Help Droid Wall not working properly

For some reason it seems like Droid Wall is allowing apps through that it shouldn't. I only allow 2 apps through. Handcent, and the normal messaging app. However, when I turn on data other apps sync. I only have 20mb of data so this is a huge issue.

Messaging doesn't need data. It uses the voice network. If that is really the only thing you want, leave data off all the time.

Normal text messages don't use data, but MMS messages do.
