Help Droid won't send video messages...HELP

My Motorola Droid won't let me send video via text. Everytime I try it says " Error File too large". I even tried making shorter videos (as short as 3 seconds, to see if it would work) But still, I get the same thing. Any help would be great. Thanks

While in the Camera Video interface, you have to change the Settings:

Video quality = Low (for MMS messages)

Video duration = 30 seconds (for MMS messages)

Or you can download Android SendIT from the market ... it will let you email the video to anyone without any size limits

I searched the market for email video and it was the first one when I downloaded it
