Help Droid X and Mac, a novella

Ok so I just got both my Droid X and Macbook Pro, and I had a couple questions hopefully you guys can answer:

How do I sync with iTunes?

Is it possible to share contacts with Address Book? Via Bluetooth or otherwise?
(I tried doing it with bluetooth, like the two were paired and connected and I 'shared name cards' on the phone and tried to send them but it didn't work.)

Are there any cool things I can do with the phone and the mac? I know this is a little vague but I'm curious!

Thanks in advance fellow droids!

Downloaded salling, but for some reason it won't recognize my phone... I think there might be something wrong with it, as it won't recognize my sd card either. bummer.

Syncing your address book is easy. Go to Preferences under the Address Book menu, click on Accounts, and check the box for "Synchronize with Google". The first time I think it asks you for your name and password, or you can just click on the Configure button.

I did that but it hasn't loaded my phone contacts in... I even did 'sync now'
