Root Droid X and update.zip....question

Morning all,


I have a Droid X rooted with some of the bloatware (blockbuster, ect) removed. I see post about a file called update.zip, will this update my phone to 2.3 since it fails with the auto update?

I used the update.zip to get me to. 32. Should be fine for you. Then I used the update.zip's that are on page 4 to get to. 34. There are 4 .zips mbm, kernal, baseband, and system.

i think you wanna use it after you get your phone to .320 but im not sure.

So my next question is, what do I do with Update.zip now that I have it? I opened it and there are several folder and files. Which do I use for the update?

You need to boot into recovery mode and apply the update.zip
