Root Droid X HELP! IM BRICKED! :(

I am completely stuck on the Bootloader screen. Not able to get past it at all. I have tried both the RSD and Linux methods. Everything seems to go just fine! but when I get to the stage where I hold down the home button, and power up nothing happens. Just goes to the bootloader screen...

I cant format and reset to factory.

Can someone please help?

Did you go through this stuff?

I went through everything in that link. The linux distro got me to where i need to hold the home button until an orange triangle appears....but that never happens.

HELP!

Workin now on trying 201 in case the x was up to date (i thought it wasnt).

will post back

Yeah if the SBF worked the phone will restart itself. Make the linux USB so you won't have to go through it every time. Just put the 1KDS.iso into Unetbootin and make a bootable USB. Put it in your computer and restart. Hit F12 when the bootscreen comes up on the PC. Select Default, then 1, then 2 and you will be back up in 10 minutes. You will basically have to do this every time you want a new ROM so just do it now and get it over with. The CD\iso methods just sucks and takes forever. I got a special USB 3.0 flash drive just for this and it's MUCH faster than SBFing even the old fashioned way.
