Help Droid X help with phone issues

I have a Droid X that is not rooted.
When dialing a call it hesitates frequently and will wait approx. 5-10 seconds or more and then the call will start.
Sometimes when a call is coming in I cannot see the answer icon until near the end of the call.
Camera also lags and has the grey icon at times where the pictures never take.
Would it help to do a factory reset?
Any Advice would be appreciated.
Phone is updated to latest software. Thanks

I have had both of these problems as well.

I haven't tried a factory reset since I don't have the time to reinstall apps and preferences. However, a reboot seems to temporarily help with the two issues you've noted above.

I've had the same issue. Often I will have tried dialing a few times and the phone, after a long delay, will try to dial for each time that I pressed the number, wanting me to merge calls. It's extremely frustrating when a phone won't do the main thing it's supposed to do.
