Root Droid X Multitouch in CM6

Hey all, I've searched around and I can't find anything regarding this matter. I know it has to be possible.

I'm trying to use the Droid X Multitouch keyboard in CM6 but I can't get it to work. I go to the .apk and open App Manager and only get an uninstall option. Uninstall is only always unsuccessful? Did you check if the keyboard is already installed?U said you are only getting the uninstall option and when u try to Unistall you get the unsuccessful message,this might be due to the fact that the Keyboard is already built into CM have u checked ur input methods yet.

Yeah, it's not there.

Do you have the box checked for "unknown sources"?
Under settings->applications->make sure the top box is checked.

Theres another thread for the 2.2 version... search that one, I've used it and it works
