Help Droid X not Mounting on Macbook

So i tried mounting my Droid as a USB storage and it's not even registering on my macbook. And also this mediashare program pops up and says that my memory card is missing. What is going on? I'm trying to put some music on my phone. Please help!

This was covered earlier. it is on 1st or second page. The answer is there and it's simple. I can't find the path on my droid x... sorry

plug it in, pull down the status bar, tap the USB settings notification, select Mass storage. Unlpug and plug back in. Now it will show up as a disk named "NO NAME"

Yeah toggling from charge only to usm storage mode finally made it see the phone for me.
