Ok I will try to keep this short as possible. I order wed night Thursday morning a droid x, free over night delivery. Here it is saturday no phone verizon gave me a tracking number Friday night and. Said I could pick up phone from FedEx today. So I go to FedEx to pick up order and they tell me that tracking number is not for me. So I call Verizon and they tell me sorry your order got crossed and did not even process. They put the order in tonight and I will receive by August 2nd! Not to mention I have spent four and half hours on with customer care before this news came out.
It turns out most of the features I wanted phone for will not work on it. No hdmi play for NFL or movies was a major selling point for me being I work 60 a week.
So what you think since vw won't give me a single credit towards this mess should I stay or should I jump to the evo?
