Help droid X problems after update

I'm having a few problems after the 2.3 gingerbread update I hope someone can help me with .

1) after turning it on I get this force close issue...downloadmanager (process com.rsw.dm) has stopped unexpectedly then brings up the wonderfull force close or report...

2) when useing the contacts to make a call it starts to make the call then ends it right away saying call ended 00.00 minutes, then I have to do a battery pull to get it to work...

3) when I press a text window instead of giving me a cut and paste option it just gives me an option to change keyboards...

thats enough for now... any help would be greatly appreciated

Since you're having a few varying issues I would do a factory reset, it should take care of your problems.

I thought about that but I have so many programs and accounts that I'm sure I don't remember the passwords for... lol I'm not as young as I used to be... also have a huge contact list... all that will be gone right?

All of your contacts and apps are tied to your google account.
