Is this true because Verizon says your eligible if your Contract ends in 2010 not when your upgrade is. I got my dad all excited about the Droid X and when we called Verizon today they said we wouldn't be eligible because are contact is not up until 2011, even though are upgrade date is Nov. 2010. Bummer we will have to wait until November.

Honestly, I have no idea what the deal is. I just upgraded to the Incredible in April on launch day, but I'm still eligible for an upgrade so if by the time it comes out for preorder, I'm doing it and seeing what happens. The other few lines on my account that are eligible to upgrade this year aren't eligible to upgrade early though so I'm not sure what is going on here.
