I was promised that I could upgrade early instead of having to wait until November and December. i told the lady that I needed to go look at the phones before deciding as I thought my phones were under waranty but were not. She told me that she would give me a call back on Friday after 1 pm. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Who do I need to call? I am getting tired of spending close to $200 a month on cell phones and getting no respect from Verizon.
