Help DROID x wont play videos from my pc

What kind of videos does the DROID x play??? It wont play videos from my pc
What file type does it play!?!?!? Can I convert??
 
You can play 3gp, wmv, mp4 and m4v file formats. I use AVS Video Converter, but I've heard Handbrake and Super (which are both free - AVS is not) do conversions as well.
