Help Droid x wont turn on

My brand new Droid X will no longer power on. No amount of charging or button pushing will bring it back. I took it to Verizon and they could not figure anything out. It will take two weeks to get another one. They could not even give me a loaner phone in the meantime. Verizon customer service is horrible! Based of the performance of the service provider I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
 
sorry to hear about your problems. I know that the phone wont turn on if the battery is below 15%, but you said that no amount of charging helped. Wonder if the battery is shot, but VZW would have <or should have> figured that out. hmmm so i'm not sure... ;(
