Help droid x2 video capture locks, whats up???

new to android, just got dx2 and love it. couple of small problems and i am in hopes of working out the bugs with the help of this forum.
biggest problem so far (day 5) is when I record video it locks up screen at about 15-30 seconds in and will not finish, save, etc. It also has an impact on the processor and screen although I can still access some of the screen touches, but not all. Have to pull battery and start with a new boot.

Any and all help would be appreciated. only have three apps that did not come with the phone installed and they work flawless. video problem has been ongoing.

It could be your individual phone because my X2 doesn't do that.

Mine froze but never locked to the point of needing a battery pull. Try formatting the SD card if your saving the video to it.....
