Help Droidcam + Skype

So using the Incredible as a webcam with Skype and the free app Droidcam works with one hitch. The phone will connect for a few seconds and work perfectly, but 10 seconds later will disconnect. Are any others using this app and experiencing the same issue? Looking for a solution, and I have checked to make sure the camera settings are compatible.
 
The only suggestion I have is try to free up some resources on the Phone (with a Task manager). If that doesn't help, it's unlikely, but might be an issue with your network/wifi/etc
