I updated to Android 4.0 last week. and I rooted my phone again. well, now when I try to use DroidSail Super, it says "Make sure you have root Access and USB Debugging" which I have both done, any idea why I'm getting this error?

Please check if your superuser app is up to date. If that doesnt work try reinstalling the app. And if that doesnt work, try flashing the superuser package again.
Yeah.... that should solve it.
