Help Drop down Wifi Tab Unresponsive

intermittenly, my wifi button will not register my touch to turn on. I would have to either do a battery pull or power down to get it to work properly. it usually happens after a couple reconnects. i am not rooted running 2.3

Try putting the phone into airplane mode, then turn that mode off and quickly toggle the wifi button before the 3/4G connection kicks back in.

Also...how did you get 2.3 without being rooted?!

I had this same issue once or twice. All you need to do is turn it on through the settings then it the pull down will work after that.
