Root Dropbox backup?

Can I backup upload rom backups and/or my titanium backup (free) folder from my SD card to dropbox? I am loosing space on my SD card and I'm thinking of resetting everything and starting over. Just don't want to lose all my app data and rom settings.

Also if I delete empty folders on my SD card will it hurt anything even if they were created by system apps?

I usually backup my SD card to my computer before I wipe it to make sure I don't lose valuable things. But drop box is an option.
If you wipe your SD then replace your titanium folder, you should be ok. Your apps will remake the necessary folders they need for caches and the like. App data may be lost, but will be rebuilt. Just make sure you have that backup just In case.

You're better off backing up your computer and just restoring once you're done re-installing the ROM.
