Help dropped my phone before getting my replacement :(

so i'm in the process of getting a replacement sent to me because my tbolt randomly shuts off and causes me to miss my alarm clock. however, at the movies it fell out of my pocket and hit the metal hinge to the side of the seat. it left a small gouge on the bottom of the phone. will i get charged if i send this back? i'll take pics. i guess if you can, send me pics of what is acceptable and what's not. thanks!

yeah, i took it into a verizon store and she said that they'd accept it and added it in the notes so if they try to charge me, i can pull the whole, "well i only did it because one of your employees told me directly that i could get a replacement without a fee." so i'm happy. be careful though. they go through your app drawer. that had me a little nervous

Do a factory reset and they wont see whats in your drawers. If they ask why you factory reset it. Just tell them its my personal info and they have no right to view it.
 
You should have just plainly said DO NOT go through my information.. Or like was just said do a factory reset..
 
did wanna do a factory reset seeing as how i'm gonna have this phone a few more days. but my gf plays on my phone a lot and downloads the "sex facts" apps and things like that.
 
what's her number? er...I mean Sex Facts App, how do you get that? :D

Funny stuff man, gotta move that one off your phone if you are going into the store...maybe who cares if they see that anyway. I guess depends on who the service rep is...;)

i relatively pretty lady about my age is who the rep was haha. not that it really matters though. just embarrassing is all
