Help Dropped my phone in the bath...

Yes you did read that correctly. I dropped my phone in the bath -.-

I've done this with nearly every single phone I've had at some point, so I'm no noob at what to do. I took the phone out straight away, took the battery out. Dried off the surface water then placed it and my battery ( battery port down ) on my PC fan blowing warm air out for at most 20 hours.

Now to the problem. The phone IS booting, loading up and working perfectly. Apart from 1 thing. The damn power button! The fingerprint scanner however is working, and I can hear the slight " click " it makes when you press the power button, but isn't actually doing anything. Luckily I have Cyanogen Mod so I've activated the Volume Up + Volume Down " Rocking " to wake the phone up, and a app called Screen Off to put the phone to sleep.

The power button WAS working 20 - 23 hours after the incident, and then just stopped working when the phone rebooted for some reason, but my backround and home screen were also reset, which leads me to think it might be a settings problem. I was going to try and re-install Cyanogen on it, but as any of you know who have used Clockwork Mod will know, you need the power button to actually confirm your options.

I've tried using the app called " Button Remapper " to change my power button map to Volume Down or Volume Up, but it's not picking any of my button maps up, which again is leading me to think it's software based.

Now for the question. Does anyone know of anything that would let me reinstall Cyanogen Mod without using the power button? Or maybe another fix to this, or do I have to pay the
