Help Dropping Calls When Email Comes in

My boss has a Samsung Galaxy S2 and she says that whenever an email comes in (not sure if it's when she checks it or just the notification), the call she is on drops. Can anyone think of why this might be happening or what we could do to stop this?

Any help, again, would be super appreciated. This issue was brought to my attention by my boss (it's her phone) at a new job. I'd like to be the hero!
