Help dropping calls

In July and I bought an EVO and my wife a Hero. Lately, her hero has been dropping calls - like perhaps 20% of the time. I did all the updates and the problem is still there. It is not a Sprint problem as I never drop calls with my EVO.

Any suggestions?
