Root DSP Manager?

Velocity, Y U NO DSP managing??? Seriously, I am no Android expert, but I have tried every method I could possibly google to get this thing to work, and no luck. I have found one other mention of the fact that it doesn't work under Velocity, but no hints as to what to do.

Yes, I know I could just get a music player with a built-in equalizer, but I use Subsonic to stream my music and it's a real hassle to switch back and forth every time I wanna download a different song.

I don't know if the problem is specific to the Ally, or Velocity, or what. From what I've read around the net, if you have the right audioflinger.so and DSP Manager installed, it usually just works.

Anyone have any ideas? Please, the high frequencies are killing my ears!

I don't know much about DSP Manager, but I can tell you that it is in and works on StormDroid. Well, works as in it's there and doesn't force close like other apps I know, but I don't know enough about the equalizer part itself to tell you if it works in that sense.

I've played around with DSP in StormDroid and it does change the sound. I guess that's what you want ;)

I've been searching but cant find a way to get dsp manager working.

Lg Ally
Velocity 1.2

Anyone know a way to get it going?

thanks
