Root Dual boot assistance please

So I decided to finally try dual booting using disarmed toaster as my alternate (mobster as primary) and everything went ok. However I'm now encountering a weird issue with the battery. It doesn't show when it is charging and always shows 66% battery life. Also, since it has fully discharged it won't charge unless the phone is off. Anyone familiar with this kind of issue while dualbooting?

*charges in primary rom, reflashed alternate, same problem, 66%
 
Anyone dual boot cm10? The same thing happened again with paranoid android. Battery stays at 66%

The only way around it is to run the JB ROM as your phone (native) ROM and run the Sense ROM in a slot.

Thanks for the link.. I couldn't find anything on this. I was thinking about trying that as well but for now I'll probably just keep cm10 on the side to play around with.

*now running PA 2.99 as my phone rom with mobster and gruesome as my sd rom 1 and 2. Definitely recommend boot manager to anyone that wants to boot multiple ROMS without going through recovery.
