Help Dumb question on taskbar

I accidently removed messages of the homescreen taskbar and put it in apps. Is there any way to get it back on the bar?

Open the app drawer. hit the menu button select edit. now you can change the app at the bottom of the screen.

Yes, go to the app drawer and press menu/edit.

Drag what you want where you want it.
