I have mine on burgandy also. I notice however when you touch on a web page you can see a red tint flash lightly on the screen.

I'd say it's more of a burgundy color
is that the only thing it changes? the check marks?

As someone else pointed out, it changes the subtle pop-ups to a burgundy background.
I'm personally fond of the Polar clock background scheme. I think changing it to the Burgundy background doesn't allow me to keep the Polar Clock. That circular thing in the background is actually a clock. Oh and disregard the data usage...nothing to see here...this isn't the data you're looking for, you can go about your business...

I only tweak what I really need to tweak. I'd personally just rather root the phone, but then again when I root it I rarely tweak the rom either.
However, I have been known to tweak misspellings, like say someone spells "burgandy" I'll tweak the spelling to "burgundy".

hahahah idk, coming from someone who's still got "guided tour" as a shortcut on their screen, that doesn't hurt too much
In my defense it actually took me about a week before I even activated the Rezound after receiving it in the mail the week of its launch. I had just found a rom that was working flawless on the Thunderbolt and didn't really feel it necessary to upgrade yet. I think my somewhat seamless jump from the Thunderbolt to the Rezound is probably why I haven't really taken the time to really tweak the settings on the Rezound. It actually feels like I went backwards a step going from the rom I had installed on the TB to Gingerbread with sense 3.5.
