Dumb Question...

Got a 'Dumb Question'...When the screen is off but the phone on, I get a blinking green at the top of the front in what looks like the top speaker...

What is it and why does it blink???

Second dumb question....when I am playing a video, I get a small camera icon that seems to want me to take a screen shot...How to I stop that?? It appeared the day I updated to 4.4.3 with T-Moblie

That blinking light is the notification light, indication there is a pending notification that has not been checked or dismissed.

The camera icon is not for a screen shot, it is to take a picture while recording the video. It cannot be removed. You can download a different camera app without that feature, for instance the Google camera. Google camera

A flashing green LED means you have unchecked notifications on your phone.

I'm not sure about the second one. I assume the video player has a feature to take a screenshot from the video but I'm not sure what player it is. Since I only have 4.4.2 I don't know if its a new feature or what.

It is not when I am recording a video but when I am playing it back.....And it didn't used to be there.
