Should I be signing up for the Smartphone 101 class? This new Xperia arc is a piece of work or maybe it's me as it seems when I follow the User Guide, 1/2 the stuff is not there. And it's a 2.3.3 android and I just purchased it one week ago!!

Unfortunately manufacturers are prone to skimping on documentation with the (erroneous) assumption that all they need to inform the consumer about are the unique features of the phone. They assume the basic operation is either known or demonstrated in the store at time of purchase. The truth is they are just cheap bast ... er ... capitalists. ;)

That's one of the reasons why we have such a large membership. Don't worry about asking anything Android related here. We're all here to help, no matter how basic.
