Dumping my Triumph :/

As much as I loved my Motorola Triumph at first sight, sadly it is not keeping me happy and I must leave it.

I'm on my third refurb of the phone and have complained to VM about how the phone is just unimpressive to what I originally thought and had nothing but issues with it. Don't get me wrong, it's an excellent phone but I think I'd be better off with a different model/brand alltogether but VM cannot do exchanges for a different model, even if equal or lesser value.

Has anyone recently purchased a MT? I am looking for a receipt so I can return mine to Target so I can upgrade because I am literally too poor to up and buy a new phone and still have this one.

Target's return policy only allowed me to return it if I purchased it within 90 days, blah blah blah so I don't know what else to do.

Any ideas? I'm trying to go for the HTC EVO V 4G.

Craigslist or Ebay... I am on my fourth referb and I am looking to switch to a different phone. I am impressed with VM customer service they keep sending me refurbs with no questions asked. I also have excellent coverage in my area but I feel the same way you do about the triumph. Good Luck!

:D

Some people totally skipped on Triumph and some are now switching from Triumph to EVO V or iPhone or One V.

EVO V is much better in all these three options. Just waiting for Walmart, Target and BestBuy to release it. We may get a better discount/deal from those than RadioShack and VirginMobileUSA.com

:D

Certainly committing fraud isn't the answer. It would be better if you sought a legitimate remedy to your dilemma rather than try to involve other members in illegal activity.

It's a shame that you aren't satisfied with your phone, but not being able to afford a different one is just one of the realities we all must face at times and accept that we must wait until we have that kind of disposable income.
