Duplicate icons in My Programs 'Learn More' and 'Setup' cant delete

Hi all

I seem to have two shortcuts of 'Learn More' and 'Setup' in my programs list. I have tried deleting them to trash but it doesnt work

Anyone know why these have a appeared and how i can get rid of the duplicates?
