Root during root my pc turned off

i was rooted the phone and my pc cut off during,now the phone dont turn on but the key board comes on ,please help samsung stratosphere
 
See this thread. Errors in flashing can be repaired by booting into download mode and restarting the flash (either by flashing CWM or an entire ROM).
