Root Dust in Screen

I have an issue with a pretty good amount of dust coming in the right top corner of my screen, i assume from the top of the cover not fully on the device from dropping maybe. I am S-OFF and am on a custom rom, will htc reject my phone if i send it in for repair? and if so how can i get to where i can send it in, thanks!

Hey there!
I've sent my phone in for repairs while it was rom'd and s-off. They took it with no problems. If you'd like to be on the safe side run RUU to restore it completely. Oh, and you'd be sending it into Virgin not HTC.. Most likely they will send you a new, or a refurbished one. I will link how to run RUU down below.
