Help Dust under my screen

hey I discovered some dust under my screen under bright sunlight, viewing my screen at an angle. If somebody knows how to remove and clean the LCD safely, pls do post how it's done. Thanks.
 
thats exactly what i have mate and i am sending it to HTC under the normal phone warranty
