Is dust under the screen even though it has been a few months grounds for an HTC factory defect/ replacement?
What about dead pixels?
I feel like dust is definitely something to qualify a phone for a replacement, unless all phones have the same problem
in which case no one should want this phone anymore.
Dead pixels I am not so sure about because they can be caused by a user, but can also appear randomly with no blame attributed to the user.
