Dust under the screen already?

I just bought my TB last week, I don't keep it in my pocket unless its in a case I bought for it. Today I noticed a small piece of dust or dirt under the screen towards the top. It's hardly noticeable but hard to believe its there on a brand new phone. What should I do? I though these screens were basically air tight.

Yes the problem is pretty much a common one with some HTC phones.
EVO had the same issue, and to be honest a lot of manufacturer's have the issue as well. However HTC should have corrected this already, being it was a problem present on the EVO last year.

Is it a problem I should complain about to Verizon and try to get a replacement or live with it? My Incredible never had any issues.

If you want a replacement get one.. You paid for it. Why be unhappy

You have a one time exchange, so getting a new one is no problem. However, think about this. If the only issue is a speck of dust, why bring it back if everything else is fine. U run the risk of getting one with even more problems. Plus dust under the screen is very common with HTC, so chances are you could get another with the same exact issue. Don't forget, you have a year warranty, so if it gets really bad down the Line, or if you drop it and scratch it 3 months from now, your just a phone call away from calling customer care, giving them some crazy story about dropped calls, and bammm, they'll send u out another one. Which by the way, the ones they send out are like triple tested , and usually never have any issues.
