e-mail problem - Not all addresses receive

I have several e-mail addresses that I use across on PC, Galaxy S4 and tablet. Using the S4, it can send and receive e-mails from all of those addresses, - except one. That address can send but not seemingly receive.

PC and Tablet e-mails work as normal.

Any suggestions?

Is it a different type of email account than the rest, like a POP3 or other?
Also, have you ensured the account is sync'd and that it is syncing at appropriate intervals?

They are all POP3 and all have the same settings
