Help E-Mail Question

I have my personal email on my Nexus. I set it up when I got it last week. And for some reason it is having major issues, issues I have never had before with my last smartphones.

Not all of my e-mails even arrive on the phone. They just don't show up, I don't understand. And when they do come, I click on them and they delete automatically or I view them and then they delete. And when they delete, they don't even go to the trash folder, they just disappear lol.

I am lost, any help here?

would you mind editing the title of your thread by adding [VZW]

Have you thought about just forwarding your email to Gmail? Then just using the Gmail App?

Verizon Nexus.

It is an ISP e-mail address. TDS.net is the domain name. it uses a gmail pop and smtp address though.

?
something doesn't sound right there.

If your using "pop" e-mail, there are settings in the configuration for things like "Leave mail on server" etc. I would start there.

The way I got my email from my tds account to work was to add an account as a gmail account. My Razor would not let me at first change from user @ gmail.com to user @ tds.net . But I went through and entered my tds password and of course it failed. But then I was able to edit the account name to user @ tds.net. Then re-enter your password and low and behold it worked. After the intial process I had re-enter my password one more time but it now receives and sends messages just fine. Of course TDS could not put this simple process on their webpage. Sorry for the spaces in the account names above but this forum thought these were links.
