Help E-mail sync frequency problem

I have set my phone to sync every 15 minutes for both peak and off peak, but it is taking a lot longer than 15 for the sync to occur.

- It used to work fine, and now when I wake up in the morning, there are no e-mail until I manually sync.

I'm having the same issue with exchange. gmail works fine.

All my settings are set to sync as items arrive, but I have to click the mail icon and either wait for it to refresh, or hit the refresh button.

Hi, anyone have any ideas? I took out the battery and it worked fine for a day or so, but now it's back to having me refresh each time. thx.

Are you using the stock Mail app?
