Make sure you are using the correct SMTP security type and port for your ISP. Since you are sending mail remote relay through Sprint, many ISPs require you use port 465 and SSL security to authenticate your account. This helps prevent spam. Yours may be differetn. Call your ISP or visit their web help for their correct settings.
I contact earthlink it still not help from them, when I put in 587 for outgoing server I get warning message it said we cannot verify the account the server is not responding?
