Enjoying using my new Xperia S, but with one upsetting exception. I can't send e-mail using wi-fi.
I can receive e-mails on any wi-fi network but not send them. Sony talked me through a number of possible solutions including repairing software, adding a different e-mail account and returning the phone to factory settings, but nothing worked. I've even tried using a different e-mail app and a number of different wi-fi networks.
The POP3 settings are all correct and work perfectly with the same e-mail account on my desktop.
The only way of sending e-mails is through the O2 network and I'm only on 100MB allowance.
Any thoughts anyone?
