I have recently bought a hero. The problem is that my e-mails from my BT Openworld account keep dissappearing from my hero device. This didn't happen with my previous phone. I would like to be able to keep some e mails on my phone.
Can anyone help me please
Check your data sync settings to determine how long it's keeping your emails...it's in settings, data sync.

The default settings only retain your email from the last three days, to alter this press
Mail > Menu > More > Settings > Send & Receive > Download options > Under the "By days" option, you can select between "Today's" and "All".

Chegs - are you aware of a way to PREVENT folders, other than the Inbox, from syncing? I want ALL my inbox messages to sync, versus just a date range... however, when I select all messages, it tries to download all 15k+ messages, from 15+ years of email on my server... thoughts?

Is this on the Mail widget, Gmail widget or Gmail bookmark?
That seems to have worked thanks for your help.
Another question as you seem to be pretty good at this. My car has bluetooth built in. when i get in the car the phone only registers sometimes and not others. The bluetooth settings on the phone seem to switch off and I have to switch them on again.
Any ideas
