Pretty much what the title says, I just recieved the phone in the mail from the insurance company becuz my other one was stolen from me. Opened this one up went to make a call and i cant hear anything. If I sit in the dial screen, I can hear the dialing of the numbers, and I can switch it to speaker phone and hear who I am calling but the second I am in a call with the ear speaker there is nothing. I have tried factory reset already. Is there any answers out there for this.
