Help Ear Speaker too quiet, may be from water damage

I recently got my phone a little dirty, so I rinsed it off in the sink. Everything is fine except the ear speaker is very quiet. Is there any way to fix this?

How long has this been going on you can Try putting it in a bag paper preferred with rice the rice will draw out the moisture let me know if that works for you.

Thanks Gen! It worked great! The speaker works just like before now. I put it in a small ziplock bag with rice in it overnight.
